Cleaning enquiries
Our quote form asks for your name, email address, telephone number and cleaning service. You may also provide a city or postal code and preferred cleaning frequency. We use these details to respond, discuss your property and prepare a quote. A request does not confirm a booking or enrol you in a marketing list. Please do not enter financial information, medical information, passwords or building access codes in the form.
Where enquiry information goes
Form submissions are sent to our business email and stored in our website database. Our hosting, email and website service providers process information to operate these services. Relevant information may be shared with the people arranging or delivering your requested cleaning service. Service providers may process data outside Canada, where local laws may apply. Existing enquiry records and backup copies may remain in our systems; contact us to discuss access, correction, retention or deletion of your information.
Optional website analytics
With your permission, we use Google Analytics to understand page visits, traffic sources and actions such as successful quote requests or clicks on our telephone and email links. These actions help us assess the website; a click does not establish that a call or booking occurred. Our custom Analytics events do not send form names, email addresses, telephone numbers, property details or messages to Google. We do not enable Google advertising personalisation in this setup.
You can accept or reject optional statistics through the consent controls and change your choice later using Manage consent. Declining optional analytics does not prevent you from browsing or requesting a quote. Google explains its processing at How Google uses information from sites or apps that use its services.
Site operation and third parties
Essential storage supports functions such as remembering consent choices and administrator sign-in. The enquiry form uses Google reCAPTCHA to help prevent abuse; use of that service is subject to Google Privacy Policy and Terms of Service. Links to external websites take you to services with their own privacy practices.
Your questions and choices
You may ask about the personal information held in connection with your enquiry, request a correction, withdraw permission for future optional use or raise a privacy concern through the contact details above. We may need to verify your identity and consider recordkeeping obligations when responding. Do not send identity documents unless we have agreed a suitable way to verify your request.
